On April 3, Russia reported that Idlib militants violated the ceasefire regime in Greater Idlib 4 times: 1 – in Aleppo province, 2 – in Idlib province, 1 – Hama province;
On April 2, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces in Fatirah village;
On April 2, SAA artillery shelled positions of Turkish-backed forces in Kafr Nuran village;

On April 2, artillery of Turkish-backed forces shelled SAA positions in Miznaz village;
