- A Syrian Army convoy was reportedly attacked by ISIS southeast of Palmyra. ISIS claims that over 10 soldiers were killed or wounded. Pro-government sources have not commented on the claims yet;
- The Syrian Army shelled militant positions near Sarmaniah and Mansoura in western Hama;
- A firefight between the Syrian Army and militants was reported near Shumayyisah;
- Locals in al-Hisan held a rally protesting against discriminatory policies and crimes of the Kurdish-dominated SDF;
- Hayat Tahrir al-Sham is preventing civilians from leaving the militant-held area through the Abu al-Duhour corridor.
