A brief overview of the recent developments in Yemen:
- The Liaison and Coordination Officers’ Operations Room (loyal to Ansar Allah) reported 200 ceasefire violations in al-Hudaydah during the past 24 hours
- On February 12, Saudi-led coalition warplanes conducted 2 airstrikes on the Baqim area
- On February 12, Saudi-led coalition warplanes conducted 18 airstrikes on the Sarwah area
- On February 12, Ansar Allah targeted the Abha airport and King Khalid Aibase in Khamis Mushait with 3 Qasef-2k drones
- On February 12, Ansar Allah shot down a Saudi-led coalition CH4 drone in Madghal area
- On February 13, clashes between Ansar Allah and Saudi-led forces continued in east of Sarwah

The list of submarines that had been expected to enter service… 2020 includes the first Borei-A nuclear-powered ballistic-missile submarine Knyaz Vladimir, the Yasen-M SSGN Kazan, and the new diesel-electric Lada-class submarine Kronshtadt. Among the navy’s procurement….Belgorod, a heavily modified Oscar-class SSGN intended to deploy Poseidon (also known as “Status 6”) nuclear torpedoes and various unmanned undersea systems. Meanwhile, another Yasen-class submarine, the K-573 Novosibirsk, quietly left the slipway at the end of the year, two years faster than its cousin Kazan….. Admiral Gorshkov–class frigate, Admiral Kasatonov, failed to complete trials and enter service. The same was true for the new heavy corvette Gremyaschy, and the large LST Petr Morgynov. two more Admiral Gorshkov–class frigates were laid down, along with modified Ivan Gren–class LSTs and another pair of improved-Kilos for the Pacific Fleet. The Ministry of Defense also signed contracts for two more Yasen-M submarines, bringing the total expected to nine, and two additional diesel-electric Ladas.
