russian military spending set at 6% of gdp in 2024. right now gdp is $2.27 trillion, set to be higher in 2024. 6% of that is a minimum of $137 billion for russian military budget, up to $200 billion in 2024. meanwhile 2022 was $60 billion and $40 billion in 2021. they should allocate at least $6 billion for 500 ka-52 as they’ve proven extremely effective and russian airforce only have 120 of them. need alot more. also 400 extra su35s for $20 billion to boost air superiority fleet

also, an order for 5 a-100 vega premier awacs will supplement the current 6 a-50u upgraded mainstays, but with more advanced active phased array technology radar longer range aesa. this would cost $2.5 billion. finally an order of 500 mi-28 nighthawk – another combat proven most highly effective attack helicopter in entire smo for $6 billion.

Khinzal

in total,

-$12 billion for 1000 ka52 and mi-28 helicopters to build a large inventory of effective attack helicopters

-$10 billion for 300 su-34m

-$20 billion for 400 su-35s

-$2.5 billion for 5 a-100 vega premier awacs

this still leaves a remaining $92 billion for spending on navy, ground forces, strategic aviation, nuclear rocket forces, rosgvardia, etc

the procurement of 700 su34/su35 and 1000 ka52/mi-28 would extraordinarily bolster the ruaf
