The White House officially admitted that the US-made ATACMS missiles are used for the strikes on the Crimean peninsula. According to the White House National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby, the strikes are extremely effective.

Two of them were destroyed in the Zaporozhie region.
Two more HIMARS launchers were spotted by Russian reconnaissance UAVs in the area of the village of Novopetrovka in the Kherson region. As a result of the Russian strikes on the positions of their deployment, two launchers, 5 escort vehicles and up to 20 Ukrainian servicemen were destroyed. On July 8, the Russian Ministry of Defense also reported the destruction of three more HIMARS launchers at once, as well as up to 10 foreign military specialists.
