On November 21, the Russian Defense Minister revealed the number of missile strikes inflicted on Ukrainian facilities since the beginning of the special military operation. According to Sergey Shoigu, Russian forces launched more than 270 missile strikes on targets in enemy-controlled territories. As a result, more than 330 facilities were hit. On the night of November 21, the Russian military launched new wave of massive strikes on the Ukrainian military facilities in different regions. The facility hosts Su-24MR aircraft of the 7th Tactical Aviation Brigade, which are the main carriers of Storm Shadow / SCALP cruise missiles supplied by NATO to Ukraine.
Russian Geran UAVs were spotted in a number of Ukrainian regions. Kamikaze drones reportedly attacked warehouses with weapons and ammunition, as well as fuel depots of the Ukrainian army. Air alert sounded in the Cherkasy, Rivne, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kirovograd, Poltava, Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk regions.
At the same time, Russian precision strikes are destroying Ukrainian military facilities in the areas close to the frontlines. At night, Russian missile strike hit Ukrainian military base located in the Central City Hospital in the village of Svidlovo in the DPR. According to preliminary reports, a lot of Ukrainian servicemen were killed.

yes, ballistic missiles fly much faster (20+ mac) that 5+ mac (benchmark for a hypersonic missiles), however, they are not considered as hypersonic missiles. a hypersonic missile must have an air-breathing engine and fly in the lower, denser atmosphere.
