On January 31st, the Russian Ministry of Defense released more historical records from World War II, regarding what exactly transpired at the Yalta Conference.
In early February 1945, a meeting of the heads of countries of the anti-Hitler coalition was held in Yalta, at which key decisions were made on the principles of interaction between states in the postwar period.
At the end of January 1945, the forces of the Black Sea Fleet began a comprehensive preparation for holding the most important historical event in the Crimea, liberated from Nazi occupation – a conference of the heads of state of the anti-Hitler coalition.
The organization of ensuring the security of the historic meeting of the leaders of the Allied countries during the war, in the territory where bloody battles were still taking place, required serious preparatory work, and not only towards the restoration of the urban landscape and infrastructure.
A lot of people, headquarters, special forces of various types and arms were involved in establishing reliable communications, clearing coastline, protecting the sky, land and sea near Yalta, organizing celebrations in honor of the arrival of the high-ranking guests.
From the documents it becomes known that during the preparation the city of Yalta itself, its environment, the city port, the waters of Yalta and Sevastopol were turned into an impregnable fortress.
All the forces of the Black Sea fleet, including ships, aircraft, air defense systems and, in particular, communications units, carefully organized the interaction with each other and with the incoming allied escort forces.
Significant forces were deployed to the area to strengthen the coastal defense in the Yalta region, to protect against possible enemy attacks from the sea and from the air, as evidenced by the declassified combat directives of the headquarters of the Black Sea Fleet.

“To strengthen the coastal defense of Yalta, relocate and install in the Simeiz region a 76-mm battery of the 386th Separate Red Banner Marine Battalion … To prevent a sudden attack by the enemy from the sea in the area of the Main Base, – organize long-range marine patrol consisting of two submarines “, the documents read.
Of particular note are the estimates of the radio exchange between the Russian, British and American sailors, which were given in the report by the chief of communications of the Black Sea Fleet Rear Admiral Gromov.
“The radio exchange between the Black Sea Fleet’s communications center with American and English ships was insignificant, but it should be noted: … for American ships – … noteworthy knowledge and ability to use Russian combinations… liberty while speaking on the air and an abundance of speech,” the Rear Admiral recorded.
“For English ships: – … exceptional clarity of work on the key issues… exceptional brevity in the application of the international code,” said the commander.
For example, another one of the published documents contained a combat order to eliminate a potential adversary in the area of the conference. The southern Air Force group was ordered to destroy enemy aircraft on their own.
“According to the current operational situation at the Black Sea Theater, enemy military aircraft may raid on our airfields, ships and ports of the southern coast of Crimea. The air units of military aviation are covered by air defense and the air forces of the Black Sea Fleet. The southern coast of Crimea is reinforced by fighter aircraft and anti-aircraft artillery,” the document reads.

Among the declassified documents is also a report of the squadron commander, Vice Admiral Gorshkov. In it, he instructs his subordinates to work out everything from organizing fireworks to etiquette in dealing with foreigners.
The Ministry of Defense also collected rare photographs, for example, the arrival of Winston Churchill at the summit and pictures from joint cultural events.

In 1945 Stalin was seen as anything but “allay” by Churchill and Roosevelt. Specially by Churchill. If those 2 only could chose they would choose Hitler to Stalin and not in 1945 only but in 1940 as well. Russians (even Putin) had illusion for long time that Anglo-Saxon animosity is related to Russia communist past and was turned against Russia because US&UK are still stuck in the Cold War past. But they were wrong! Then Putin understood that US & UK objective after collapse of USSR stays exactly the same: To collapse Russia as well!
What U.S./UK have always wanted and aspired towards is Russia and it’s resources in a “free” world… Meaning free for them to exploit both land and people.
Russia has only China as true allay. They do not need any other allay than that. US and their UK and other stooges have made strategic mistake by hating Russia so much.That will completely change the usual trajectory of history that has lasted for centuries.
