On May 27, warplanes of the Russian Aerospace Forces carried out a series of airstrikes on ISIS remnants around the Homs desert in central Syria.
According to the London-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), the airstrikes targeted the southwestern Raqqa countryside, which borders the northeastern part of the Homs desert.
The National Defense Forces (NDF) are currently conducting a large-scale operation against ISIS cells in southwestern Raqqa. Russian journalist Oleg Blokhin shared photos of the ongoing operation a few days ago.

ISIS launched a series of fierce attacks from the Homs desert in the last few months. The Syrian Arab Army (SAA) and its allies responded with a series of combing operations.
The recent operations have forced ISIS remnants to abandon many areas around the Homs desert. The terrorist group also sustained heavy losses. Nevertheless, more efforts will be needed to fully neutralize the group’s cells in the central region.

CIA-paid ISIS roaches attempting to make Syrians life a misery.
True.
No other way to treat ISIS Jewhadis, they will invade your country, behead you, steal your money and land and sell your organs in the black market. The least Syria can do is be always prepared to destroy them in self-defense.
See? It only takes a few to make the majority look bad. Most Jewish people i know are quite nice.
ISIS Jewhadis CIA-paid
Great job, keep bombing the shit out of them!
My support.
Good news … too bad they’re so rare these days …

So if Isis has been driven out of the Homs area where have they gone, they go straight back to southern Deir ez Zor to hide, that’s where they go. Russian warplanes and choppers can hit Isis in Ar Raqqah and Homs but they’re not allowed to attack Isis in southern Deir ez Zor, and because they can’t do that Isis won’t be ever be eradicated. I don’t think there’s been even one Russian combat sortie against Isis in Deir ez Zor for nearly 2 years now, that just boggles my mind, Deir ez Zor is where Isis is most active in it’s recruitment and operations and yet this area of Syria is treated like the forbidden zone, no Russian combat aircraft can enter Deir ez Zor anymore, but that has to change if the SAA and Russia want to get rid of Isis. Am I the only one who realizes that the Russians are no longer combat active over the skies of Deir ez Zor, and yet this is the one place in Syria where Russia should be the most active, but they’re not, and they’re not active there because poor old Putin and Assad and have absolutely no say in what happens in Deir ez Zor, because there’s not much they can do without Iranian permission, and Iran hasn’t given that yet. So why won’t the Russians and Iranians cooperate in Deir ez Zor to wipe out Isis, what’s the sticking point that’s holding up a coordinated offensive against Isis, that’s something I want SF to help explain, but since they haven’t even mentioned the fact that Russia and Iran refuse to cooperate on Deir ez Zor anymore, I’m not expecting any explanation from SF as to why they don’t. Come on Russia and Iran get your shit together, Syria’s burning all around you now so put your differences behind you, if you don’t the US may cross the river and do the job for you, and since they already control too much Syrian territory as it is, you shouldn’t be giving them any excuse to control even more.
