In the morning of May 10, Hay’at Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and its allies launched a surprise attack on positions recently captured by the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) in the northern and northwestern Hama countryside.
The terrorists managed to enter the town of Kafr Nabudah, which was captured by the SAA earlier this week, in the first hours of the attack. However, large parts of the town remained under the army’s control.
HTS and its allies also advanced in the northwestern Hama countryside and attacked the SAA’s positions north of the town of al-Shariaa.
The Turkish-backed National Front for Liberation (NFL), which is supporting HTS’ attack claimed that its fighters had destroyed several vehicles of the SAA, including a BMP-1 infantry fighting vehicle (IFV), with ATGMs in northern Hama. These claims are yet to be confirmed.
Meanwhile, sources close to the Tigers Forces, which are leading the ongoing operation of the SAA in northern Hama, said that the army is repelling the attack. According to the sources, HTS and its allies, especially the Ahrar al-Sham Movement, suffered from massive loses while storming Kafr Nabudah.
Local observers believe that the SAA, backed by the Russian Aerospace Forces, will fully repel HTS’ attack within a few hours.
Suck on that Wohl!!
Good to see your buddies get BBQ.
No doubt about it: https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/jihadist-counter-offensive-in-northwestern-hama-ends-in-failure/
Burn, takfiris, burn!
These hts counter attacks just help bring the goatsuckers together so we spend less TOS 1A flamethrower dispatching them.
How much TOS did you save?
Rocket Nose wont be happy lol
he seems to have disappeared. along with dutch national solomon, gandalf, starlight.
good riddance.
Just kill them all. no reconciliation deals, no prisoners this time.
Well, if someone surrender, you only can kill him if he after tries to escape…
I have one question for you. Have you ever been to war? In situations as this in syria you dont take prisoners if you are intelligent enough and not a bleeding heart out to save the world. nato armies teach us this. war has no rules you there to eliminate what is attacking you and is the enemy. Especially abominations as the scum we talking about. Taking prisoners only tight down personnel you need and resources and is a lot of heading and paper work.
Beside the fact that at one time you need to release them and send them where exactly?
No, I’ve never been in a war. But In the portuguese colonial war, even the special forces as the portuguese Comandos, a unity of infantry assault, many times made prisoners.
that was then and a complete different reality. In a war as this one against this people who costed syria what they have and not only syria, what it costed in human lives prisoners is a counter productive luxury and stupidity if its applied.
“….a complete different reality……” Everything got so much worse.
Push him out of the van, house, tent, whatever and then shoot the scum.
Yeah sure.
As usual SF is late to cover developing events in timely manner. I was already reported that rat attack resulted in failure.
No one is perfect.
yes well……….. all good things come to an end mostly due to bad management.
or greed?
I doubt it this time.
I hope you are right.
that too, but ion this case is bad management and amateurs who trying to push their own agenda, base on their likes and dislikes rather than do the job they are assign to. When you report facts and news you do just that and do it with facts. here what we see lately is a lot of copy paste kind of like what globalist trying to push with multi cultural societies and their lgbt sh*t and is getting really boring.
The whole world is ready to explode but SF because their job was cut for them when the big party was going on in syria forget that eventually actually have to work for their money and this is the time. {Posters before they did not really needed stimulation as the news was available not from SF but from every place they copy and paste. Any way not my business and not my site to have a say in it. People sleep to the beds they make for themselves.
Tudor, ive been coming here since 2015 or 2016, SF has always been slow or late to report.
They are also much more accurate than other outlets because they are slow.
Its what SF is.
goes to show how the aleppo city campaign was well executed on all fronts, media one included ;)
As a famous rebel commander Admiral Ackbar would say: “It’s a trap!”
To have a takfiri’s made (and mad) brain it’s already a trap.
“Terrorists launch a surprise attack”
THIS IS WAR, THERE CANNOT BE SURPRISES … FFS WAKE UP.
How about this kind of surprise? https://www.almasdarnews.com/article/graphic-18-syrian-army-ambush-kills-15-jihadists-in-northwestern-hama/
SAA tigers drove out all 5 jihadi (300 fighters) platoons from Kafr Nubedeh SAA annihilated an entire HTS platoon (30-50 fighters)
How many times have we seen this happen, the SAA capture a town and within hours or a few days the enemy either fully recaptures or partially recaptures it for a while, that’s either a sign of bad judgment on the SAA’s part or grim determination by the rebels, I’m not sure which. I hope Erdogan’s proud of his boys, they do a lot more damage to the SAA than the piss poor HTS rebels do, all that new equipment and training he gave them has done wonders for this ragtag bunch of cut throats, Damm Erdogan. But more importantly, I wonder if Putin’s still proud of his mate Erdogan, because he surely can see just how well Erdogan’s boys are giving it to the SAA. And the Asata agreement designates the NFL and FSA as non combatants. LOL LOl Lol lol GRRRRRRR.
