- On April 4, Ukrainian UAVs attacked a high-voltage line in Novonikolayevka in the Lipetsk region;
- On April 4, a Ukrainian UAV attacked the Smolensk NPP-Kaluzhskaya high-voltage line in Smolensk Region.
