Last night, the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck the town of Klintsy in the Russian border Bryansk region. Local sources reported the explosions in the area of the military unit located nearby.

On the morning of December 13, footage from the area confirmed that the Russian military facility was struck by Ukrainian forces.

The Russian military unit was reportedly struck with the Ukrainian Tochka-U missile, which hit the park of the military equipment. The village of Klintsy is located about 60 kilometers from the Ukrainian village of Semenovka.

The number of Ukrainian attacks with the notorious Tochka-U missiles has significantly decreased in recent months what caused some speculations that the Ukrainian military ran out of missiles for the Soviet-made missile systems.

Judging by the footage, the Ukrainian strike did not result in heavy damage. The MDK-3 excavation machine was turned over by the explosion, maybe some other equipment was damaged.

the woman who filmed the video claimed that the building nearby was the military canteen. If the Ukrainian missile hit the barracks of the military unit, there would be a lot of losses among the Russian military personnel.

The Russian military unit in Klintsy has already been struck by Ukrainian forces. Earlier, it was reported that the facility was used for repair of the damaged Russian military equipment.

The Russian military has yet to secure its military and civilian facilities in the border Bryansk region, despite the fact that the threat of Ukrainian attacks has significantly decreased after the major battles moved to eastern Ukraine.

So far, the Ukrainian military has to use outdated missile systems to strike at the border areas of Russia. Firstly, because their commanders from the United States have not yet allowed them to hit Russian territories with the help of modern US-made systems. Secondly, the number of foreign missile systems supplied to Ukraine is limited, and they are more useful for strikes on military targets on the front lines in the Donbass region.
