The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) officially announced a start of the final phase of the battle for Raqqa after Syrian ISIS members had left the city.
The SDF said in a statement that “the battle of Martyr Adnan Abu Amjad would continue till the entire city would be cleaned of terrorists who refused to surrender among them foreign terrorists, and insisted to continue their desperate battle against our heroic forces.”
Earlier, SDF spokesperson Mostafa Bali told Reuters that “the final batch of [ISIS] fighters left the city” late on October 14. The spokesperson said that ISIS members took civilians as human shields.
According to conflicting reports, 275 ISIS members with some civilians left the city under the deal with the SDF. Pro-SDF sources argued that no foreign ISIS members were allowed to leave the city.

SDF claim no foreign terrorists were allowed to leave Raqqah, For over a week US and its proxies were claiming 200 or less homegrown terrorists were in the city with up to 150 or more foreign terrorists. Now we have 275 terrorists along with their ‘human shields’ being allowed to leave and join up with their terrorist pals in Dayr es Sur. Where the fcuk do the SDF come from? They are almost 80% Kurd, foreigners in a foreign land at the behest of their Yankee paymasters.
It will be interesting who these terrorists actually wish to fight the most. The SAA or the SDF ? As to the Foreign ISIS group, why are they not included ? The US is up to some trickery here.
No foreign ISIS were allowed to leave. But the kurdish ISIS just changed the uniforms and have been sent elswhere.
