The Kurdish-dominated Syrain Democratic Forces (SDF), supported by the US-led coalition, have seized the National Hospital in the Raqqah city center, the SDF media wing announced on October 17.
The National Hospital served as a main HQ of ISIS terrorists in the city.
According to the SDF, 22 ISIS members were killed in the clashes in the city center, including the stadium area.
Separately, SDF units have established control over al-Naim and al-Dallah roundabouts in the eatern part of Raqqah city. According to pro-Kurdish sources, the SDF has killed 11 ISIS members in the area. 37 ISIS members allegedly surrenderd to the SDF in eastern Raqqah.

Apparently SDF has taken stadium too as they declared : Raqqah has fallen.
I expect several days of mopping up isolated pockets. Redeploying of forces, likely already happening, will speed up rapidly with reserves normally the firsts to be send elsewhere.
