Dozens of members of Saudi-backed forces were killed or wounded as a result of their failed attack on positions of the Houthis in the Dahra area of Narjan province, the media wing of the Yemeni movement reported.
According to Houthi media, the advance of Saudi-forces launched in the area earlier this week turned to be disaster and Saudi proxies suffered notable losses in manpower and military equipment. Despite the initial tactical success, pro-Saudi forces were not able to develop momentum and withdrew to their initial positions.
The intense clashes in Narjan came as the Saudi-led coalition boosted its air bombing campaign across Yemen. In a recent series of reports, the coalition claimed that it has successfully destroyed at least 2 air defense systems and a drone-launching crew of the Houthis and their allies.
Nonetheless, the dominance in the air is not enough to win the war without successful operations on the ground. At the same time, the Saudi Kingdom continues to suffer from regular Houthi strikes on its military and energy infrastructure.
The price that Saudi Arabia pays for its failed intervention of Yemen grows every day.
Were it a boxing match, Houti would have already won by KOT.
The Saudi cowards are being used as punching bag. The Ansarallah control all the blows.
The Ansarallah like their Hezbollah brothers are unbeatable. The Saudi shitheads simply picked on the wrong hombres.
