On the night of June 10, Russia and Ukraine continued their intense daily exchange of strikes. Reports indicate that 207 drones were launched against Ukraine and 326 against Russia, with targets on both sides including warehouses, production facilities, and logistics infrastructure. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the use of FP-5 “Flamingo” cruise missiles against Cheboksary, with a reported hit on the “VNIIR-Progress” plant.

Strikes on Ukrainian Territory

Russian forces struck targets in seven regions of Ukraine. In Kharkiv region, at least 12 strikes with precision-guided bombs and approximately 100 drone attacks were recorded over the past 24 hours. Overnight, at least three gas stations were hit — in the settlements of Pechenegy, Korobochkino, and Malynivka. The Ukrainian side reports over 20 targets hit in the city of Kharkiv itself.

Targets in Kharkiv region included production facilities, drone storage sites, communications infrastructure, and areas where personnel were stationed. In the Shevchenkivskyi district of Kharkiv lies one of Ukraine’s most powerful radio and television transmission centers, used by the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a long-range communications antenna for attack drones. In the Kholodna Hora district, logistics company warehouses, a railway junction, a 330 kV substation, and a thermal power plant were hit. In the settlement of Velykyi Burluk, a drone storage site of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was struck.

In Zhytomyr region, Russian drones expanded their attack zone against railway infrastructure. A Ukrainian analysis published by local sources notes a qualitative leap in tactics: a transition from individual aerial attacks to a strategy of creating persistent pressure zones. Over the past week, more than 20 locomotives have been destroyed around Korosten and in nearby directions. Railway traffic through the station has effectively been halted. Loitering munitions are present for up to 12 hours per day. If the pressure zone extends to the Zhytomyr area, the international Kyiv–Chop and Kyiv–Kovel corridors would be threatened.

In Sumy region, a downed drone fell on the railway station in the city of Sumy. In Odesa region, strikes were carried out on the bridge in Zatoka — satellite imagery shows four damage artifacts, although local chat rooms indicate traffic across the bridge continues with restrictions.

Additionally, the Russian Aerospace Forces continue their campaign against Ukrainian logistics: five more trucks supplying drones to the Ukrainian front have been destroyed. The Armed Forces of Ukraine had been launching drones from special platforms directly from truck beds. Russian forces have also switched to striking highways in Zaporizhzhia, Dnipropetrovsk, Sumy, and Kharkiv regions.

Separately, Ukrainian monitoring channels reported throughout the day that Russia was preparing to launch the “Oreshnik” missile system at the Kapustin Yar test range. No confirmation of this information was available.

Strikes on Russian Territory

Russian air defense forces destroyed 326 Ukrainian drones overnight over 20 federal subjects. Missile danger warnings were issued in 14 regions. For the first time since the start of the conflict, a missile danger warning was issued in Omsk — a Siberian city of over one million people located more than 2,000 kilometers from the front line.

The most damaging strike was against the “VNIIR-Progress” plant in Cheboksary. According to reports, the facility produces radio components for Russian munitions.

In Samara region, the Kuibyshev oil refinery was attacked and caught fire. In Vladimir region, two oil pumping stations — “Lobkovo” and “Vtorovo” — were attacked.

In Sevastopol, a kamikaze drone attacked the “Defense of Sevastopol” panorama museum — a symbol of the city. A fire broke out in the building. Sevastopol authorities stated that the panorama has been critically damaged.

In the Luhansk People’s Republic, a Ukrainian drone attacked teenagers on motorcycles in Irmino: a 17-year-old was killed, and a 16-year-old was wounded. A Ukrainian drone strike on residential buildings in Novokuibyshevsk, Samara region, was also reported, with footage showing a heavy drone with a warhead hitting civilian homes.

Against this backdrop, it was reported that Russia intends to publish the addresses of drone production facilities for Ukraine located in Canada. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

“We see everything, we know everything, and we are drawing appropriate conclusions. Thus, Canada has moved to a qualitatively new level of involvement in the Ukrainian crisis, all masks have been discarded, and the essence of a far from peaceful state, an arsonist of war, has been revealed… We reserve the right to an appropriate response and will take these new circumstances into account in our military-political planning… And we will definitely publish the relevant addresses of all these production facilities on Canadian territory. People must know,” Zakharova said.

Earlier, on May 29, the defense ministries of Canada and Ukraine signed an agreement to establish production of Ukrainian drones on Canadian territory. The joint venture — Airlogix (Kyiv) and Sentinel Research and Development (Hamilton) — will initially assemble GOR UAV reconnaissance drones with a range of 260 km, with subsequent expansion to include attack models.

This information reflects a broader shift in Western military support: establishing production facilities on donor countries’ territory and a focus on combat-tested weapons, primarily drones. At the same time, the Czech ammunition initiative has encountered difficulties — the number of donor countries has decreased from 18 to 9.
