The Yemeni army’s military operations against the US-British coalition are ongoing in the Red Sea, the Arabian Sea, and the Mediterranean. Additionally, they are targeting Israeli regime positions in occupied Palestine. Tensions show no sign of reduction.

After the Israeli army’s military invasion of Rafah, attacks against Israeli interests in the region have escalated.

Leader of the Ansar Allah movement had previously warned that in case of a new military aggression in Rafah, the missile and drone operations against the US-UK coalition and Israel would increase, and last week provided a clear example of the fulfillment of this promise.

In addition, the Yemeni army and the Iraqi resistance jointly attacked the military and vital positions of the Israeli regime for the second time.

In recent days, the Yemeni army attacked several ships that were violating the ban on sailing to Israeli ports.

Brigadier General Yahya Saree, the spokesperson of the Yemeni Armed Forces, announced on June 16 that the Yemeni army had attacked multiple unauthorized ships in the Red and Arabian Sea.

“To support the oppressed people of Palestine and in response to the crimes committed against our brothers in the Gaza Strip, as well as the aggression of the United States and England towards our country, the missile and naval forces of the Yemeni armed forces conducted two military operations in the Red Sea and one operation in the Arabian Sea.”

According to Yahya Saree, the Yemeni Armed Forces fired ballistic missiles at an American warship in the Red Sea. Also, CAPTAIN PARIS ship was targeted by several naval missiles.

Captain Paris is a crude oil tanker operating under the Maltese flag since 2014.

In addition to the two specified vessels, the Yemeni military targeted the Happy Condor ship in the Arabian Sea using multiple suicide drones. Happy Condor, operating as an LPG tanker under the Danish flag since 2008.

Two days before, on June 14, the spokesperson for the Yemeni armed forces issued a statement announcing that the naval, missile, and drone forces of the Yemeni army had attacked three ships in the Red Sea and the Arabian Sea.

These attacks include a missile attack against the Verbena ship in the Arabian Sea and missile attacks against the Seaguardian and Athina ships in the Red Sea.

Verbena has been operating as a general cargo ship under the flag of Palau since 2008. The Seaguardian, a bulk carrier, has been operating under the Maltese flag since 1999, and the Athina has been operating under the Liberian flag.

The day after the incident, a video emerged online showing the Verbena ship being seriously damaged in a missile attack. The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported that the crew of a ship, which was attacked 98 nautical miles east of Aden port (likely the Verbena), had evacuated the vessel, and it was at risk of sinking.

But the most significant Yemeni naval operation against illegal ships involved the TUTOR bulk carrier. On June 12, the Yemeni military launched a multi-pronged attack on the TUTOR ship, which was sailing 66 nautical miles west of Hudaydah port. The operation utilized drones, ballistic missiles, and unmanned surface vehicles (USVs).

TUTOR is a bulk carrier that has been operating under the flag of Liberia since 2022.

“The statement from the Yemeni armed forces emphasized; To help the oppressed people of Palestine, the naval, missile and drone forces of the Yemeni armed forces using a USV, several drones, and missiles carried out a special military operation against the TUTOR ship in the Red Sea. The ship is in danger of being sunk by God’s grace.”

According to a video released by the crew of the TUTOR ship, the ship was hit by at least one unmanned surface vehicle (USV) and the blast caused a significant breach, allowing a large amount of water to enter the ship’s engine room. As a result, the ship is now sinking.

The ship is in poor condition, and rescue efforts have failed. The crew has been evacuated. This is the second ship to sink during Yemeni armed forces’ operations in the Red Sea and Arabian Sea.

Also, on June 12, the Yemeni army and the Iraqi resistance conducted two more joint military operations against the Israeli regime.

In the first operation, a vital target in the city of Ashdod was struck by cruise missiles. In the subsequent operation, another crucial target in the city of Haifa was hit by several drones. According to Yahya Saree, both operations achieved their goals. However, it appears that Israeli defense systems repelled these attacks.

It should be noted that this operation is the second joint Yemeni-Iraqi operation against Israeli regime positions. Yemeni and Iraqi resistance groups had previously attacked two ships in Haifa on June 6.

On the other hand, in recent days, the US coalition has carried out several strikes against the Yemeni positions:

American fighter jets conducted multiple airstrikes in Hudaydah province over three days. On June 11, they attacked al-Salif port three times. The following day, they carried out an airstrike in the north of Hudaydah port and two airstrikes in the south of Hudaydah province. On June 13, an airstrike targeted the Rimah radio tower, resulting in 5 people being injured.

The US CENTCOM released a statement on June 17, claiming to have destroyed several Ansar Allah radars in the past few hours.

“CENTCOM’s statement emphasizes, in the past 24 hours, U.S. Central Command forces successfully destroyed four Houthi radars and one uncrewed surface vessel (USV) in Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen.”

In addition, CENTCOM announced that it also destroyed an Ansar Allah drone over the Red Sea, and we, coalition, or commercial vessels reported no casualties or damage.

According to the available information, the Yemeni armed forces have attacked Israeli-affiliated ships 118 times in the Red and Arabian Seas, as well as the Indian Ocean and the Mediterranean.

The Yemeni army has stated that they will continue their military operations against unauthorized ships and American-British warships. They also mentioned that missile and drone attacks against the Israeli regime will continue until the military aggression in the Gaza Strip is stopped.

i’m surpised the americans are so stupid. since america can’t conquer yemen, why not land a large task force and steal socotra island? what could yemen do then? trump could put some killer resorts on that island and it would be a major tourist destination for asians and european tourists since it is beautiful and has some exotic fauna.

you heard it here first. and as the great anne elk said…’it is my idea, and it is mine’.
