After Russia confirmed that the Sinai plane crash was caused by a terroristic attack as traces of explosives were found in the wreckage of the plane, Reuters reported that 2 airport workers were suspected of aiding bomb plant on the plane.

Egypt is holding two employees of Sharm el-Sheikh Airport on the suspicion of assisting those who planted the explosive device on the Russian plane on October 31.

This information is following the one from the morning where it was announced by the Federal Security Service director Aleksandr Bortnikov.

We can say that that was a terror act’ Bortnikov told Putin. According to the FSB chief, experts have found traces of a foreign-made explosive substance’

Bortnikov also announced a reward of $50 million for information on those behind the terroristic act on the A321. The Russian president urged the Foreign Ministry to contact their foreign assisting partners to help them search the people behind this terroristic act.

Russia promised to act according to Article 51 of the UN Charter which says that each country has a right to self-defense.

This plane crash took place on October 31 over the Sinai Peninsula, killing all 224 people on board, the majority of which Russians. This is the deadliest accident in the modern Russian history.
